There are so many great holiday flavors to choose from so the decision regarding what to make this month was a tough one. The taste of gingerbread never disappoints and eggnog is a personal favorite. And, I’m always looking for an opportunity to squeeze in more coconut!

Chocolate Shortbread Blondie Bars. These gooey bars, layered with chocolate and coconut, are chock full of cashews and flavor. The blondie center, consisting of melted brown sugar and butter, make these bars the gems that they are. We can’t thank the Baking Department with Better Homes & Gardens enough for this one-stop-shop collection of our favorite things!
