After spending the last few hours in the test kitchen, I have emerged with our first ever gluten-free offering (which happens to be a variation of our best-selling cookie): the Old-Fashioned Molasses Cookie. I purposely used this recipe because it’s moist and buttery and extremely decadent 🙂
I was thrilled to find the gluten-free version every bit as decadent, though these cookies are slightly more delicate than the original. After much searching, we found a gluten-free flour blend that we’re pretty psyched about and think you will be too when you taste these cookies!
We’ve included them on our Holiday Menu for the month of December.
