Happy Saturday Friends,
As fate would have it, I happened to be in Sur La Table a couple weeks ago and heard that Thomas Keller and Sebastien Rouxel would be signing their latest cookbook today: Bouchon Bakery. Wow! I knew I had to be there!
My brother’s birthday was 21 October and I knew this would be the perfect gift. You see, it was Buddie’s inspiration, all our talks about food and life in general, and Thomas Keller, in particular, that has become a critical part of my journey. Who knows if I would have ever pursued this with Peachie, if Buddie hadn’t first made the jump into the culinary industry with spectacular success.
So, Buddie if you happen to read this – Happy Birthday! and Thank You! for being you and sharing your passion with me. I’m in your debt.
